What makes energy, psychic, manifestation, and healing work?
If you have been wondering what the processes that goes in your mind are, this guide will help you to facilitate your work.
Even though this guide is for energy work, it is equally used for psychic, manifestation, healing, and psychokinesis because they all use energy.
There are 12 processes that come up time and time again in giving results to energy work. I have experienced it myself.
With these 12 processes, it makes it easier in performing energy work.
Whether you are performing psychic, mediums, healing, psi or psychokinesis, you will need 13 processes to work together in harmony.
Guide to 12 Processes in Energy Work
1. Altered States of Consciousness
The most important part in performing energy work or psychic skills is to get into an altered states of consciousness (Asc)
We all have already experience a few Asc – dreaming, hypnosis, and meditation.
When you are in an altered state of consciousness, time doesn’t exist.
In trance, we heighten our natural abilities.
As we reduce the noises of external stimuli, we can receive subtle frequencies.
The sense of knowing is a byproduct of the experience.
It’s a intuitive sense where you know exactly what to do or say.
When you “just know”, it means you are in the right vibration with the energy working.
You may know the outcome.
You may know what to do next.
An example is to know where the part of the body that needs healing at and what to do to heal it.
And you know intuitively when you should stop or when to go forth.
Connection is rapport. It is having a personal relationship and intimacy with what you wish to connect.
It’s not only with a person, it can be with an inanimate object.
You must first like the object you are working with.
To develop rapport with the object or person, you focus your attention until that’s the only thing there.
When you are healing someone, there is a oneness with the person being healed.
This sense of oneness is an unconditional regard and empathy for the person with intention for that person’s good.
It’s even better when you can’t tell the difference between the two.
4. Peak Emotions
Intense emotions play a role in subconscious processes.
This means that the stronger your emotions are, the stronger you will see the outcome.
Almost any emotions can trigger your psychic experience.
This could mean love, joy, fear, sadness, boredom, excitement, playfulness, etc.
The only emotion that doesn’t work is becoming frustrated with yourself.
It’s fine if you are frustrated at someone or something, but never should it be with yourself.
It’s recommended to intensify positive emotions.
5. Sense of Energy
In order to do energy work, you have to feel energy.
Can you sense energy flowing to you and away from you?
You don’t have to necessarily visualize energy to know that it’s there.
You can feel it as it courses through your body.
Therefore, it is best to learn how to sense your energy.
6. Focused Awareness
There is not a time where focus is not mentioned in energy work.
Energy follows attention.
So a strong narrowed focus of attention is like a strong force of energy.
You can focus on the person, a thought, a process, or an emotion.
7. Guiding the Process
Many people mistake performing any energy work with controlling the energy.
We should never attempt to control anything; it won’t work.
Instead, as you become one with the person or object, you are merely guiding the process.
For example, you don’t control Wind. You connect with the Wind and guide it along where you want it to go.
In rapport, we do not control the person. We lead them and they follow.
You cannot control where the sail will go, but you can guide it to where you want to go.
Because we ARE the thing we connect with, there is no need to control or conquer anything.
Release all control. And just BE one with your connection.
Dissociation is the lack of Ego.
You often lose your sense of awareness.
A team of football players have this dissociated state when they huddle together.
There is this sense of connection like they are one team.
No one is thinking about themselves or their own name.
If you lose the current reality-orientation, you began to dissociate.
Here you will have access to realities not readily understood.
9. Suspension of Disbelief
You don’t have to believe in anything.
But you do have to suspend any preconceived ideas you have about energy working.
Your conscious mind will try to reason everything.
It will confine unexplained experiences of a higher vibration to a lower vibration.
Nonthinking is a skill frequently used by marital artists.
Their hands in combat are swift as if by instinct.
It is because there is no thinking involved.
In the process, suspend your critical analysis or internal dialogue.
When there is nonthinking, you are free to experience.
10. Trusting the Process
This is one of the most important part of energy work process.
Don’t try too hard. Surrender to the experience. Let go.
Strive to succeed and you end up failing harder.
But the attitude is not lackluster. You mustn’t be too lazy.
So it’s more like “I want to win but I don’t really care if I do or not.”
Trusting the process takes time to develop.
Don’t concern yourself with the outcome of your experience.
And let go the need to control the process.
Like singing, don’t force it. Relax and just let it out.
If you are a beginner, most likely you won’t trust the process. It’s difficult to trust something you have never experienced.
Thus, you need to distract yourself. Distract your conscious mind.
To dissociate from your Ego, feel more emotions.
Remember one of your most emotional memories and you will access your peak emotions naturally.
It doesn’t matter which emotions – good or bad – but it is encouraging to remember positive emotions.
11. Investing in the Outcome
You have to be invested in the outcome.
When you are invested, you care about the outcome.
Now this is where you may think there is a serious contradiction between being effortless and becoming invested.
There is a person you would like to get in a relationship with.
You care about the outcome but you don’t force it, you move effortlessly by trusting that it will turn out well.
In energy work, you are interested in the outcome but you don’t want to control the event.
Too much investment will give you self-defeating consequences like fear of failure or nervousness (you care too much).
So care about what is to happen while trusting things would work out as they should.
Open up to the experience in order to experience new possibilities.
If you have certain beliefs, it will stop any psychic work.
Belief systems can help you to determine what can or cannot be done.
But beliefs themselves have their limits.
Open your mind to any and all possibilities.
Forget beliefs, good or bad, altogether.
Non-belief will help you tremendously.
What Doesn’t Work
What doesn’t work are usually the opposite of what does work.
This includes lack of altered states of consciousness, energy, trust and connection to using an active ego, intellect, and defensiveness.
Other than the opposite of the ones listed above, there are some specific things you must avoid.
Not only does it not work but that it will undermine the processes.
Here are 5 things emphasized on what not do.
1. Confidence and beliefs
Beliefs that psychic or energy work exists is not required.
In fact, they may be a hindrance to performing energy work, healing, and manifestation.
Many people in mental institutions have poor psychic performance despite believing wholeheartedly that they have psychic abilities.
This is because it violates “Dissociation”.
In energy work, you shouldn’t have an Ego identity.
You are One with the experience, there is no “I”.
Having beliefs means you are still experiencing the Ego identity.
The second is that beliefs does not suspend the intellect and so you cannot suspend the disbelief.
This accounts for people who don’t really believe in anything and, yet, have psychic or energy life changing experiences.
An altered state of consciousness would render any beliefs useless.
Whether you believe or do not believe in energy work, you are a lost cause.
Do not believe or disbelieve but be open to the experience.
2. Hostile Environment
The only time you would need confidence is if you were in a room full of disbelievers.
There are people who inhibit the energy work performance because their energy unconsciously stops you.
A hostile environment is being in a place where people are likely to become hostile towards you whether in physical abuse or verbal blows.
Hostility causes you to become defensive, leading to a lack of openness to the experience.
It discourages your connection, get you out of an altered state of consciousness, and increase your awareness of your ego.
It’s hard to access energy if you feel you are under attack because your attention is not on connecting, it is on hostile.
Confidence, only after having actual experience and skill, can be strong enough to overcome the energy of inhibitors.
But it is recommended for beginners of the art to avoid hostile environments.
3. Motivation and goals
If you are immersed and invested into the experience, there is no need for motivation or goals.
A goal is a conscious activity, an exercise in intellect.
When I say goal, I do not mean the long-term goal of getting better but the goal in the moment where you say, “my goal today is to perform healing.”
It’s an exercise in expectations.
When you have expectations, you are narrowing the possibilities.
If you can’t do it, you feel like you failed and lose motivation.
There is no need for goals or expectations, just connect and follow the flow.
4. Inability to Accept Responsibility
We may want to experience extraordinary events, but we may not want to accept that we are responsible for it.
It usually occurs after witnessing our first experience.
“What just happened?” “Did I really do that?” “I can’t believe what I just saw!”
Then you try it again but it didn’t work. And the harder you try, the harder it becomes.
If you can’t accept that you are the causer – whether good or bad – it will not work.
Not accepting is the same as not being open.
You are consciously holding back and you become defensive.
Trying to test out the experience won’t work either.
The attitude must simply be of openness without any analyzing or judging thoughts.
Bodily sickness causes us to have less energy to perform.
It also makes us contemplate on our own sickness.
We can’t willing go into an altered state, focus, or guide the process.
When you are under the weather, stay in bed and take care of yourself.
Putting It All Together
- Learn to willingly go under an Altered States of Consciousness and be aware in it
- Accepting information of “knowing” and allow it to guide you
- Feel connected to something outside of self
- Emotionally feel upbeat = high vibration
- Learn to feel energy and to distinguish different types of energy coming into you
- Naturally focus and relax into it until you lose awareness of your surroundings
- Let go of your Ego so you can dissociate from normal reality
- Don’t think, just experience
- Guide the process instead of trying to control it
- Trust that it will work
- Be invested and care for the outcome but let it flow
- Be open to the experience
