How to Make an Energy Ball
Why should you make an energy ball?
An Energy Ball is the easiest exercise to manipulating energy from the environment or yourself.
When you hold an energy ball, you get first-hand experience on energy manipulation and you learn more about yourself.
This is a guide on how to form an energy ball.
Belief and Mechanics
For the purpose of this article, assume the theory to be true when working with energy ball.
We have to start somewhere and this will guide us to an experiential learning.
Belief is crucial to performing well because it helps you move forward.
Energy is a force-like particle that makes everything move.
It is in the essence of everything and flows through everything.
You need energy to pick up your hand, to walk, to talk, and to eat.
You are a walking battery.
The environment also has distinctive energy such as cool water and hot flames.
The energy part is the feeling of coolness and the hotness.
Since humans are always interacting with the environment, and vice-versa, we say that we are one with the universe.
Being one with the universe means that our energy and the environment’s energy are essentially the same energy in different manifestation and are always connected to each other.
For example, the heat outside can make you feel tired. And having a heated debate can create a hot atmosphere.
Through intent, you have the power to change or influence that which is connected to you.
You are also your own engineer because you can manipulate how your battery is used.
Before and after you do any energy exercise, you would want to ground yourself.
Grounding is renewing your energy.
It is also getting rid of any excess energy you have.
Because you may have picked up other energy throughout the day, it could affect your practice.
To ground, stand or sit on the ground – preferably on grass or nature’s ground.
Now imagine all your energy moving down to your toes and then down into the center of the Earth.
Body -> Toe -> Center of Earth
It doesn’t matter how you imagine it as long as you have the intent down.
Some imagine roots moving down until it hit the center of the Earth.
For me, I like to imagine my energy just shooting down like jet water in a zig-zag form.
This is like flushing your energy down to mother Earth.
Then let mother Earth spring up new energy from the center of the Earth to the bottom of your feet and throughout your entire body.
You can also extend the energy throughout your aura field as well.
Center of Earth -> Toe -> Body -> Extend to Aura
Grounding also gets you into the right sense of mind because renewal energy means you will be calm and serene throughout your practice.
Never doubt your own visualization.
Whatever you see is what really happens to your energy.
Make the Energy Ball
Put your palms out slightly facing each other and hold it as if you are holding a balloon.
Make sure your joints and elbow are not locked or fully bent.
You want to have them open.
Imagine a ball between the two palms.
Breathe in energy while imagining the energy pulling into the ball from the environment.
When you breathe, you breathe from the diaphragm.
Feel the Energy
Feel and play around with the energy.
Some may feel static, magnetic repulsion, pain, cold pinch, warm, etc.
There are many ways you can play with your energy ball.
- Pull your palms farther apart and then back together.
- Move it vertically up and down like you are sharpening your knives.
- Rotate it around, shrink it, grow it.
- Throw the ball in one hand and then catch it with the other hand.
Make sure your palms aren’t touching.
Add some feelings into it.
For example, put your intent on happiness onto the energy ball and feel the energy.
Then turn it around and add peace onto the energy ball.
Does it feel differently?
Experiment with different energy from the environment.
There it is.
You have yourself an energy ball.
I Still Can’t Feel It
If you still can’t feel the energy, you can help yourself by doing the following:
- Rub your palms together for 10 seconds before you form the ball
- Do some Qi Gong and then go back to forming the ball
- Perform it when you are bored and you don’t mind not having anything to come forth
- Don’t bend your arms, open your joints and move it out in front of you
- Do it at dawn or midnight
