How to Remember Your Dreams
Before dreaming, take some preparation for sleeping.
You need to get a good night sleep.
Get good nutrition, take warm shower, and don’t be stressed. If you are stressed, learn relax.
Limit caffeine, alcohol, exercise, television or computer screens, and exercise before going to sleep.
Generally prepare for a good quality sleep.
Keep a dream journal by your bedside. At the moment you fall asleep, tell yourself that you intend to remember your dreams.
The first thing you do when you wake up is to take out your dream journal. Write what you had dream.
When you first wake up, you are still in between sleep and awake. So use this time to remember your dreams. Otherwise, you will surely forget it by the time you are fully awake.
Dream recalling is a practice and with persistence, we can remember our dreams easily and every day.
