How to Revitalize and Recharge Your Energy
Your energy determines how much you can do in a given time.
The more energy you have, the greater your ability to do more.
But the majority of people comes home exhausted.
What if you only had more energy and vitality in your life?
How great can you do knowing you feel refreshed, energized, and healthy?
You can revitalize and recharge your energy.
Your Energy Tank
Imagine yourself as an energy tank.
At the end of each day, this energy tank is at 10%.
You become so tired that you fall asleep and rest, then awakens to be revitalized again.
What is your body doing that allows the energy to be refilled again each day?
And the answer is…absolutely nothing.
The truth is, energy is everywhere and flows in all things.
But because we are focusing on becoming active, we leave little things to be receptive to energy.
By being active all the time, we drain our energy until we feel nauseous or tired.
Only when our body is relaxed and our mind receptive that we naturally become passive to the flowing energy all around us.
This happens when we fall asleep.
Our physical body is relaxed and our mind unconscious, thus, allowing energy to flow through the body.
If you learn to revitalize your body without having to exhaust your energy tank, you’ll never be tired.
How to Revitalize Your Body
So how does one revitalize your body with energy?
The simple way to receive energy is to be physically and mentally relaxed.
Be passive, receptive and open.
However, we must first clear out the stagnant energy we keep in our joints and muscles.
This is what I call, “Old Energy”.
The longer you hold onto “Old Energy”, you more rigid and lifeless the energy in that part of the body becomes.
In return, your neck may become inflexible and pain surges through your body with every movement.
Not only does it cause pain, but that it stops the flow of new and fresh energy coming in – making you tired and feels like energy is finite.
You borrow all your energy. But energy is not finite, it is infinite.
We take in new energy when we breathe in, and return the old energy when breathe out.
Similarly, we want to shake off every joints and muscles in our body so that old energy comes out and new energy comes in.
How do you shake off the old energy in your body?
Animals do it unconsciously when they sleep. They would stretch their legs out as they yawn.
People have forgotten how natural it is to stretch the body.
One of the secrets of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Yoga is simply stretching the body.
Even though it is simple, it does not mean that it isn’t effective.
The way you stretch your body is to twist, stretch, and turn your body as you deeply breathe in from the diaphragm.
Reach up towards the sky with both hands. Turn inwards your hands so that it is facing each other.
You should feel the stretch.
Feeling the stretch breaks up the old energy, allowing new energy flow in.
The energy comes from the breath.
This goes with your neck, hands, fingers, stomach, hips, legs, toes, etc.
You can find these stretching techniques in various workout routines, Yoga, and Qi Gong movements.
Once you remove the old energy and allow new energy to flow, you will feel refreshed.
The difference between what I’m saying here and the stretching DVD videos is that they do not understand how energy flows in.
You must move slowly because that is the pace energy moves. It also doesn’t expend your energy either.
If you just stretch like you see on the DVDs where it’s fast pace, you’ll never get more energy. You’ll only lose them.
And then you will have to recuperate by sleeping and resting afterwards.
Stretch like in Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Yoga.
Perform with slow movements, deep breath and mindfulness.
The way you move your body will stop the flow of energy or welcomes fresh vitality.
How Long Should You Revitalize Your Energy?
When revitalizing your energy, you want just enough.
You will feel it in your body when you should stop.
Don’t revitalize too long.
Even good things when taken to extreme can be hazardous.
It will be like overcharging your phone or battery.
So you only need enough to feel like you are 100% in energy, and nothing more.
If you wish to increase your energy, then learn to raise the capacity in taking in energy.
Recharging your energy tank
If you are too tired to revitalize your body, you can simply recharge your energy tank without having to lose any energy.
Energy, as you know, is electromagnetic.
You can form your body in a way where energy flows in a loop.
It is like completing a circuit, the energy can run in a circle.
Hold your hands together and put your feet together, this will form a circle which completes your “energetic wire”
(Your hands and feet are the wires which energy flows through).
The feet should be touching side to side. Your hands holds like a prayer. You should be sitting down.
You breathe in from the diaphragm as relaxed as possible.
This draws in the energy from the air, the energy flows into your lungs and down into the heart.
The heart distributes the energy to the arms.
Because you formed a circle, the energy flows from the arm to the other arm. And the leg to the other leg.
Therefore, you are not losing energy because the energy goes in a loop.
You are gaining free energy the more you breathe in, recharging your energy tank.
And there you have it.
