When you are low in energy and that your life appears to drag you down, you are in low vibration.
It feels like no matter what you do, you are a magnet for bad luck.
It drains your happiness, makes you desperate and makes you fearful.
But even though this vibration feels out of your control, it’s really not.
You have the power to control your vibrations because you are a vibrating/energetic being.
Everything moves, everything vibrates. Nothing is at rest.

How to Shift your Vibration
To change your vibration, change your mental state.
Your mental state gives you your vibration.
But if you are living in the 21st century, you’ll find that this is near to impossible.
The fact is that most people do not have control over their mental state and that it fluctuates everyday based on their external influences.
- Most people rely too much on the external reality and not within. So they allowed external reality to dictate their world.
- the conscious mind’s chattering thoughts gets in the way of harnessing unconscious aspects of the mind.
Your mood or mental state lies in your deeper parts of your mind.
This is why it appears to have more control of you than what your conscious mind may think.
If you control your mind you shall have the ability to shift your vibration at will.
Shifting Vibration to Vibration
By the power of WILL, you can change your vibration by intending the opposite of your current vibration.
If you want to shift your vibration wherever your current vibration may be, think the opposite and you shall forget what you had.
You must first become aware of the your current vibration.
All changes begin with awareness.
Once you understand what you are feeling, you can accept it and change it.
Do not try to attack the feeling because what resist persists.
Become aware. Then think the opposite.
If you are feeling a lack of abundance in your life, feel and accept it, and imagine the abundance in your life.
If you are feeling down, feel and accept it, then imagine how it feels to be excited.
And as you meditate more to discipline the mind, you will have more control of this ability to shift vibration to vibration.
Vibration is Continual
To change your vibration is to accept the feeling until it neutralizes so that you can direct a new vibration.
You never really destroy your vibration, such cannot be destroyed.
You simply overcome it and move it in the direction you want.
