Manifestation is an art. Crafted. Mastered.
As we become aware of our own creation abilities, we become creators of our reality.
The Art of Manifestation: Creating your Reality
What is Manifestation?
Manifestation = to bring forth.
It is directly creating and expressing, like a sculpture, our desires.
The core element in manifesting is desire. And desire is rooted in feelings. Whether it is mind, emotion, physical, or spiritual, manifestation applies in all our waking life. From experience we can see its truth, not from concept or theories.
The greatest example is the power of the word. Our spoken word is a power because it is the outward expression of the manifestation within. Of those million thoughts lies a concentrated focus and intent into the voice and expressed outward.
But it seems…effortless.
We speak, but are less aware of the workings in the unseen realm. What is seen is the manifestation of the unseen. And, thus, manifestation is like that of the word, except the focus and intent is not concentrated to the voice but to our desires.
The question is: “How do I get my idea into practical works and turn into positive results?”
The Tools of Manifestation
To manifest, here are the basic tools you will need:
- Focus and Health
- Letting Go
What is it that you truly want?
Knowing what you want is knowing how it will fulfill your highest purpose.
Desire is directing the energy and your mind to get your highest purpose. If the desire is not aligned with what you truly want, you will soon know.
You will allow obstacles to distract you. You will grow weary and unhappy. And you will not feel energized.
Know your desires with simple clarity.
What is it that you think will fulfill you? Do you want it?
Go from there.
Focus and Health
Mind is like a bucket that holds the water of energy.
A bucket with little water will have no weight. A bucket with a larger amount of water carries weight.
The more concentrated energy you hold, the more you have, and the more powerful your manifestation will become.
Without direction, your mind is scattered and nothing is done. Therefore, have focus.
Become mindful of how you use your energy and where you get your energy from.
Stay in good health so that you have more energy to focus on what truly matters.
Use visualization to imagine the possibility of your desired event.
The visual imagery to imagined event gives your subconscious mind something to think about.
If kept enough, it will create the belief that programs our actions. Quality and detail is key!
Visualization, however, is not the driving force. It helps our next step…
Acknowledge the feeling.
Feel the emotion and use visualization with the feelings.
As you connect what you see in your mind with what you feel in your heart, you will experience your creation.
Think of feelings as a force of energy and that certain emotions are certain energy putting into you.
For example, passion can be described as being consumed with fire in the body. You might imagine burning red energy flowing within and around you.
This feeling of burning red energy will influence you. Give you motivation. Come up with ideas.
As you feel the energy surrounding you, you become the energy it imbued within you.
Observe your feelings. Let yourself feel it completely. Let yourself Be.
Because what you feel becomes who you are. And who you are becomes what you manifest.
Letting Go and Listening
As with any art, there is a strike to have balance between two extremes.
You want to take action and you also want to let it happen.
Be committed to your goals and take action to obtain it. You are also listening and receiving it.
Like in conversations, you want to talk but also listen. Listening opens us to ideas in continuing the conversation.
The subtle part of manifestation is you allowing the manifestation to come.
That is the art. And that is a practice.
Be committed as a tiger but light as a feather.
- There will obstacles. Overcome them.
- Do not dismiss the physical side. You have taken care of the mind, emotion and spiritual aspects. Secure the physical outcome.
