The Ultimate Guide on How to See Auras
You can learn how to see auras.
Everyone has an aura and everyone has the ability to see them.
Nature gave us all we need to see auras.
What we think we know is just a tiny drop in the ocean of knowledge.
Throughout centuries, we learned to ignore and tune out auras.
Transcend the limitations of your perception by learning how to see your own aura and others.
What is an Aura?
Every solid, gaseous, and liquid particles has a double body – a physical one and an energetic one.
The energy body is akin to the etheric body, prana body, “shadow”, or the doppelganger (the ghost form or phantom).
Energy body is the part of you that makes you alive.
Without the energy body, you die. A weak energy body means illness. It is your source of vital energy.
If you were in a video game, it is the health bar usually at the top of the game.
The purpose of the Energy Body is to:
- Absorb energy throughout the body
- Acts as the bridge between physical body and the astral body
Of course, the energy body has centers of power by which man can intellectually understand the energetic world and energetic phenomena (the chakras).
The part where the size of the energy body extends beyond the physical body is called the “Aura”.
The aura is an energy field, energy body, created by the vibrating atoms and molecules.
We know that the universe is all vibrations.
All particles and even thoughts and consciousness are but vibratory frequencies.
A scientist in Russia has used Kirlian photography for the last 50 years to study human aura field.
He discovered that if an object is put on an photographic plate with a strong electric field, it shows what appears to be an aura.
Kirlian’s experiments supports his claims by cutting a part of the leaf off.
As a result, the image of the leaf still shows as a whole as though the cutting never happened.
This, beyond doubt, gives the existence of auras into light.
Why Do We Need to See Auras?
Auras contain information.
Aura is the color of influence, of vibe, of state of mind.
When you walk into a room, you can feel the vibe of the person next to you.
Sometimes you feel that this person has warmth and others cold aloofness.
Instead of feeling the vibe, you see the vibe.
Knowing your own aura and others will help you to:
- Know the intentions of others
- Know how to heal a person
- Stay sharp so no can lie to you
- Understand the spiritual signatures of others and your own
- And allow you to make the best decision in a given situation
Imagine how Earth will be if everyone learn to see auras.
They can choose better leaders, teachers, political authorities based on their auras.
And they can choose better relationships (professional and personal) based on their auras.
They can choose better ways to heal the symptoms of illness in their body based on their auras.
How to See Auras
Aura is sensitivity to the eyes as how empaths are sensitive to others emotions.
To see auras, you increase the sensitivity of your eyes and extend the range of perceived vibrations beyond the visible light.
Our normal eyes can only see a small range of light wavelengths in the electromagnetic spectrum.
We can only see visible light, which is 0.4 to 0.7 micrometers.
Go beyond the visible light spectrum and you will be able to see auras.
Russian scientists, who are decades ahead of everyone else in Aura research, discovered that our DNA can be altered, by influencing its microwave and infrared light wavelength in the electromagnetic spectrum.
The Lower frequencies, consisting of infrared rays to AM radio, are related to low level functions such as body heat, DNA structure, metabolism, circulation, etc.
The Higher frequencies, consisting of ultraviolet rays to gamma rays and beyond, are related to high level functions such as thinking, creativity, intentions, sense of humor, moods and emotions, and spirituality.
Knowing this, seeing the aura means being able to interpret the higher and lower frequencies.
There are three important things in seeing auras: Peripheral Vision, Third Eye, Virtue.
1. Peripheral Vision
When exercising to see aura, we use our peripheral vision.
Your peripheral vision is the side of your eye, it’s everything around you that you are not facing in front of you.
If you see the image moving, you are using peripheral vision.
Why do we use peripheral vision?
It’s because we have trained our central vision over the years to be used in certain ways.
And because the retina in the peripheral vision is less damaged than the central vision since the central vision is constantly used.
When using your peripheral vision, your eyes should be relaxed and slowly gazed.
Raise the limitations of your peripheral vision by teaching it to interpret auras.
You need to open your third eye.
Unless gifted, you will not see anything if you don’t do this even if you practice for over a year.
Those who have an active third eye can clearly see and benefit from the aura.
Some invertebrates have a third eye, known as the “parietal eye”, which is photosensitive.
“The parietal eye uses a different biochemical method of detecting light than rod cells or cone cells in a normal vertebrate eye” – Wei-Hong Xiong
If you look at the oldest fossils, you will see a functioning third eye. Many amphibians and reptiles have third eyes. And so do our ancestors.
The third eye will always be smaller than the two normal eyes and is usually covered beneath the skin, almost invisible.
But other animals, especially mammals, have lost this “parietal eye” and is now condensed into a pineal gland.
All is not lost because even if the physical third eye has degenerated into a pineal gland, the astral third eye and spiritual third eye can still be attained.
So work on opening the astral third eye and spiritual third eye and the aura will follow suit.
The difference between astral and spiritual third eye is that astral sees faint shadow in a fog while the spiritual clears the fog to see the whole picture.
Earlier, we touched upon extending the sensitivity of our eyes to perceive higher frequencies.
It is not a coincidence that by raising your vibrational frequency, you can see aura altogether.
The raising of your vibration is NOT by meditation or concentration.
You might feel that meditation is the right thing to do for this but really it’s the relaxation that did the effect.
It is through virtue that will raise your vibration! It is also done through learning life lessons.
These virtues may seem boring, but they are effective in bringing the desired state.
So look back to Buddha and Christ’s teachings once more.
Some virtues are basic compassion, love, honesty, patience, etc.
When you feel lighter, your aura increases.
When your aura increases, it becomes easier to see and you have more energy.
Seeing Your Own Inner Aura
To see the world, you first must see yourself.
To see your own aura, do the following:
- Stand a few feet apart from a mirror
- Make sure the background behind you is plain white, or a solid color and no shadows
- Relax and Focus on your forehead (it can be any area of the upper body) with your peripheral vision
- You may see a white transparent glow at the top of your head or at the side of your head
- Keep practicing for 10 – 15 minutes a day
- Point your index fingers towards each other but don’t touch (about 6 inches apart)
- Make sure the background behind you is plain white
- Relax and Focus on the tip of your finger with your peripheral vision
- You will see a white rubberband looking light between your fingertips
- Move your fingers back and forth slowly
Seeing the Aura of Others
The method to seeing other’s aura is the same as seeing one’s own aura.
That is, focus on a tip of the body at a clear background.
To see the aura of someone else, do this.
Method to See Other’s Aura:
- Have the person stand against a white background, or of a solid color
- Relax and Focus on the tip of his forehead or nose
- You will see a white or colored outline
You can also extend this practice to trees, birds, and anything that has an aura.
Method to See Tree’s Aura:
- Focus on the tip of the tree with the sky as a background
- Let your eyes go out of focus and relax, looking past the tree
- You will see a cloud-white glow that moves around the tree
Method to See Animal’s Aura:
- Focus on the tip of the animal against the sky as a background
- Make sure it is sitting and not moving around (unless it’s a flying bird)
- Relax and Focus on the animal until a white glow appears
One thing to notice is that everyone’s aura is unique.
No two auras are alike.
The way you see auras does not hold the same meaning as someone else’s.
Whereas your red means danger, another’s red means excited.
This is because the colors of aura are only psychological make-up we associate with other’s vibe.
It’s how our mind interprets the vibrations we see.
In other words, the color we see is a reflection of our own meaning.
Your aura gives you personal information according to its size, strength, color, and shape of the aura.
Therefore, you should first see whether a certain color has consistent meaning.
You do this by first knowing what your aura means and see if it applies the same meaning to someone else.
Never jump to conclusion.
Only then will you be able to interpret and read auras.
Helpful Auric Tips and Tricks
A few minutes in and you will see an outline that follows wherever your eyes goes.
This is the afterimage, which is an impression of visual stimulation.
This is why it’s important to focus on a single spot and not move around.
To know whether you are looking at is an afterimage or an aura is that an afterimage usually has the opposite color while aura can be any color.
So a red image will always have a blue afterimage, but its aura can be yellow.
Look Beyond The Thing
A good way to use your peripheral vision is to look beyond the object you are facing.
So if you are looking in a mirror, look beyond the mirror.
If you are looking at your fingers, look beyond the fingers.
And if you are looking at someone’s body, ignore the body and look beyond the person.
Don’t Get Excited
When you are excited, you are not relaxed.
This usually happens when you see aura for the first time.
If you get excited, the aura will disappear.
Don’t Strain Yourself
Practice only a few minutes a day.
If you feel overwhelmed, loss of energy, or strains from your eyes, stop immediately.
It’s like training muscles.
You have to wait for it to heal before continuing your practice.
Don’t work at it, relax
To practice seeing the aura, the harder you try the harder it is.
You must have a soft and de-focused gaze.
Keep this state during the practice.
Don’t force it or it will disappear.
Relax into it at all times.
Let go of expectations
Our ideas of what an aura is supposed to look like will block your efforts.
Be open to anything that happens.
Have faith and believe that whatever you see will be what you are intended to see.
Don’t doubt the process. But also don’t expect anything at all.
You may not see auras right away.
Sometimes you see them for a bit until they disappear.
You might not even see anything after a month of practice.
But keep practicing and be open to the subtle clues of auras appearing.
If you try to read another’s aura without their permission, they will think you are staring at them.
So be discreet while you practice on others.
