It is powerful. It is essential.
And it is something that hasn’t been practiced for millennia.
The reason for that is simple, we no longer know what love is.
When we understand what unconditional love truly is and apply that in our life, we become more connected to ourselves, to everyone, and to the universe.
We allow ourselves to spiritually progress and give ourselves true healing.
Romantic Love vs. Unconditional Love
The media has defined what the ideal love is.
Companies like Disney gives you the princess syndrome and knight in shining armor.
Magazines and films tells you what love looks like and what the rules are.
They even give you incentives to get you to buy your way into love and sells them like a trend.
Romantic love is pushed so heavily that it plays on our psyche.
Women feel the need to look as beautiful as models in magazines and starve themselves to attract mates.
Men have to fill themselves up with testosterone and make themselves look silly to get what they want.
But this mating ritual is just not natural.
We are pretending to be things we are not to NOT be the poor choice. This type of love is sustained by Fear.
And though it will at times feel real, it is at most an illusion.
Romantic love is just that…Romantic ideals for what love should be.
It is conditional and based on what someone can do for you.
Now unconditional love is what a mother feels for her child as she holds the child in her
arms, close to the chest.
This love is natural and is made of pure energy. Unconditional love is spiritual love.
Which flows from the highest frequencies.
We often mistake the feelings of romantic love with real love.
Feelings of romantic love comes and goes. But when everything subsides, only unconditional love exists.
Unconditional love is what you can do for others.
Why Unconditional Love Heals All
You are love. We are all love.
Having unconditional love is not a belief to live by, it’s recognizing this very nature.
Because we are reflections and echoes of the world around us.
Nothing is separate, everything is interconnected.
“Nothing ever exist alone; everything is in relation to everything else.” – Gautama Buddha
Every action, thought, and feelings manifests an outcome in our reality, into everyone that is in our lives.
Even though we look separate, even though I appear to be apart from anyone or any tree and water…
We are interwoven as one no matter the distance.
Because at the end, we are all energy. We are all frequencies.
But the reality we live in is Duality and is held by Fear. This is why unconditional love is strong because it is what ties together the world in unity.
You can control someone when they are alone and afraid. But it is hard to control with fear if we are unified with unconditional love.
This is why unconditional love heals. It is the purest and most natural source of energy.
When high frequency enters lower frequency, it overwrites them like a memory card.
Now what blocks our own spirituality is the lack of love.
Each time we have a lack of unconditional love, we make ourselves rigid and block our our own progress.
We get stuck in one perspective and lose control of ourselves and our reality.
Let yourself flow with natural energy to expand your consciousness and understanding of self and others.
How to Have Unconditional Love
The love of oneself is reflected in others.
We are all interconnected. So to speak, You are basically “Everyone.”
And in understanding others, you have understood yourself.
To harness the power of unconditional love, use the power of forgiveness and acceptance.
When we let go of the judgment, criticism, hatred and forgive others, we have released the tension inside us.
Forgive all the past hurts and the mistakes others have made.
Even when the behavior may not be what we like, they are still a part of us.
Those who absolutely wish ill wills and bring pain into our lives, forgive them.
I see those who calls themselves “highly spiritual” and wishes others who don’t follow their beliefs to burn in eternity as they ascend to higher dimensions.
I’m sure anyone with unconditional love in their heart would NOT want that in their reality.
For what love has any room for seeing others suffer for eternity?
Denying others is the same as denying ourselves.
Take the time to list out the people who have hurt us and quietly forgive them in our minds.
And most of all, forgive ourselves and our own doings.
Have you ever been around someone who accepted you? How did it make you feel about yourself?
Did you feel more confident and happier around this person? Did you even feel smarter or automatically do the right things around this person?
On the other hand, have you ever been around someone who looked down on you, who were critical of you, and who didn’t think you amounted to much?
The person who makes you feel unaccepted can make you feel worse about yourself, lonelier, and less confident.
Acceptance is flow. It is an opening of energetic connection.
It is saying that I am free and so are you.
Welcome others with a genuine smile.
Be calm and in control. And respect their reality of the world.
When people feel accepted, they will show you more.
When others feel the unconditional love, it is the greatest connection of all.
And of course, it is our natural gift and power.
With forgiveness and acceptance shall we open ourselves to healing.
